Orders & Shipping
We strive to dispatch all orders within 2-7 days. Once dispatched, delivery typically occurs within 4-5 business days, depending on your location.
To cancel an order, please log in to your Simkung Apparels account and raise a ticket through the "My Account" page. Note that cancellations are only possible if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Yes, you can change the shipping address before the order is shipped. Please raise a ticket from your "My Account" section for assistance.
All your past orders are available under the "My Account" section of your Simkung Apparels account.
Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. Refunds for payments made via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, and Netbanking will be processed within 7-14 banking days.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please raise a ticket within 24 hours of the delivery status update. Beyond this timeframe, we may not be able to investigate the issue.
Exchanges
We offer a 3-day size exchange policy. You can exchange items for a different size within 3 days of receipt, provided the products are unused and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Log in to your Simkung Apparels account.
After 24 hours of delivery, an "Exchange" button will appear next to your order. Click it and follow the steps to request a size exchange.
Yes, a nominal exchange fee of INR 99 will be charged and included in the replacement order invoice. This fee covers processing and handling costs.
Return And Refund
The replacement order will be treated as a new order and will be visible under the "Orders" section in your Simkung Apparels account.
Log in to your account and use the "Raise a Ticket" feature. Our support team will respond within 24 hours.
